Q. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

A. Often, when you order multiple items, different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We try and get the product to you as soon as possible as we know you are eager to receive your items… Hence we ship whichever item is ready. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once.They will surely get to you.

Q. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

A. Products & Accessories: Usually 10-15 days for all our products unless specified in the description. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@autozik.com

Q. Canvas Shoes & Bags

A. Once the order is being placed, it will still have a 24-hour window to allow modifications. After that, it will have a corresponding “production time” depending on the variant or the item ordered. After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what customers prefer. Customer can choose from refund or replacement.
